ISSUE 91 OF “SPIRTU U ĦAJJA”
DEDICATED TO THE
YEAR OF PRIESTHOOD
Issue 91 of the Review of Franciscan Culture “Spirtu u Ħajja” (January – March 2010) is now being posted on our website.This issue has been dedicated to the theme of the year of priesthood declared by Pope Benedict XVI in June 2009. It features a paper by Noel Muscat ofm entitled: “See your dignity, my brother Priests”, which is a reflection on St. Francis’ words in his Letter to the Entire Order, as well as a translation of an article by Luigi Pellegrini, entitled “Mendicants and Parish Priests”, featuring the relations between Franciscans and secular clergy in the 12th and 13th centuries. The Review is also being presented in an updated form, thanks to the expert service of John Abela ofm, webmaster at the OFM General Curia, and Raymond Camilleri ofm, who worked upon the input of the text and posted it on our Franciscan Studies website.
